We meet every nanny personally — this isn't a tick-box exercise. We want to understand your personality, your approach to childcare, and your goals so we can find you a family you'll genuinely love working with.
Once we've met, we'll help you put together a professional profile that showcases your strengths, your experience, and what makes you stand out. This is what families see when they're introduced to you.
We work with you — not just for you. We'll discuss potential families, share their details, and make sure you're genuinely excited before we take anything further. You have a say in every step.
We coordinate and schedule interviews with the families you're interested in, and we prepare you for each one. We're in your corner throughout the whole process.
Once you're placed, we don't disappear. We stay connected, check in regularly, and are always available if you need us. You're part of the Nanny Poppins family now — and that doesn't change.
