From request to confirmation in a few simple steps.
Submit your booking request
Fill in the details of your booking — date, time, number of children, and any specific requirements. You can do this from your dashboard or via the mobile app.
Review candidates in your dashboard
Once your request is live, nannies who are interested and available will apply. Log in to your dashboard to view their profiles, experience, and applications.
Assign your nanny
When you find the nanny you'd like to book, simply click Assign to select them. They'll confirm the booking on their end.
Receive your confirmation
Once the nanny accepts, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the booking details — so you can relax knowing everything is in place.

Add a payment card before booking
Before submitting your first booking request, please make sure you've added a payment card in the Payment section of your account. This ensures your booking can be processed without delay.
Rates vary by booking
Nanny rates depend on the specific requirements of each booking — including the date, time, number of children, and any particular needs. Your nanny's rate will be shown clearly before you confirm.

If you need babysitting regularly, our packs make it simple. Pay a one-time activation fee and use your credits whenever you need — no agency fee per session.

The babysitter's hourly rate is paid directly to the babysitter on the night and is separate from the activation fee.
